Domino's Pizza Besancon

One of my best pizza experience, i search for it in what ever country i travel to, Extravaganza pizza is my favorite. I just can't get enough of it. The dough is good and hot always. The service in this branch is good. I ordered and i told them to get my order ready by 7. It was hot and tasty by 7 exactly. Super Recommended.

A shame. A scandal. the standardist is mistaken on our order (3pizzas) the order arrives and we find ourselves with 2 pizzas. We call back and the standardist proposes to send the order back, but to repay the delivery twice. paying twice the delivery for their error is a shame so it proposes to offer us a dessert in compensation and send our order in emergency. We accept because children are hungry. She reminds us 10min later to tell us that finally it is not possible. unable to solve the problem, she passes us her manager, the manager is even worse, he doesn't understand anything. who is more he proposes us to return the third pizza they have forgotten (30 minutes later) we accept, very annoyed, the incompetence of the manager's standardist who, while he is in a twist, allows himself to be condescending, haughty with his customers, and does not offer any repairs for the lost time, the order not received. Moreover, the latter does not understand our energeticness and after this call he dares to cancel the order of the children. without warning. after 50 minutes of waiting for this famous 3rd pizza we remember and learn the cancellation. a shame, since the change of owner we see a great difference. no professionalism. no merchant spirit and do not even speak of politeness. When you don't know how to work with the public, you don't work with the public. while I've been ordering at home very regularly for many years I'd do your bad pub with everyone and would be happy to order at your competitors (well more professional than you.)
