Brasserie 1802 - Besançon

This day I came to have a drink with a friend. I come to eat three or four times a year and drink three times a week. My boyfriend was drinking beer and drinking raspberry life water. At the end of 4 consumptions per person, as usual we were talking in a quiet unknown server probably new to refuse to serve us an additional glass without any explanation. He thought we had enough to drink. But since we were both on foot, it wasn't about him. And I repeat that we continue to speak quietly about different subjects of everyday life. Breef, I won't put my feet there anymore.

Excellent restaurant! Cuisine worthy of a starred restaurant, service rather fast (25 minutes waiting for 4 meals) with a meat of tenderness that you will not find anywhere else!! Dessert of a lightness that challenges everything to pastry on Besançon. Super frame, servers that know their maps and good tips. On the other hand: you have to plan a budget a little wider than the other restaurants of the loop, because 155€ for only 4 people (without admissions and two people have not taken dessert at the end) it still becomes expensive, see dear... but I can guarantee that you will not regret! I recommend
