Wanda's Chinese Kitchen - Berwyn

This restaurant came highly recommended, and I was eager to try the food. After picking up my order and returning to the office, I discovered it was incorrect. I had ordered beef, but instead received chicken, which I don't like. The fried rice was just okay.

The manager/owner is consistently polite and cheerful. The food is always delicious, and the prices are always fair.

We encountered a bit of an issue at this restaurant. A staff member became upset with my boyfriend because we picked up our food an hour later than scheduled. However, we had already paid for it online, so I don't understand why she felt the need to give him attitude and tell others about the delay. If we hadn't paid in advance, I would get it, but since we did, I don't see what the problem is.

The food was horrible. I've ordered here in the past and it was good. I don't know what happened this time but it only takes one time for me to get horrible good from a place. I'll never order here again. It was just fried rice. It tasted old and burnt likeit was recooked.

The food was impressive. I ordered the General Tao chicken meal along with a small Mongolian beef, which easily served 2-3 people for just $24. I really appreciated the crispy texture of the chicken; unlike many places where it gets soggy from the sauce, this stayed crispy even on the way home! My food was ready in just 15 minutes. The egg rolls were incredibly delicious too! This remains my favorite Chinese restaurant!
