Shelby's - Berwyn

I have went to Shelbys on Cicero Ave and Harlem Ave. These locations are where you need to go. This Shelbys on Roosevelt Rd is by far the worst. Vivra, the African old lady is HORRIBLE. So rude and extra. Denied me service because I wasn’t “playing” but there was one machine available and my fiance and I were both playing on it. All I asked for was a cookie and pineapple juice (which is never a problem at the other locations) and she said no. Then proceeds to go sit at a table in the lounge area and talks on the phone with her headphones in. When anyone asked her for a drink or a snack she would give an impression that they were inconveniencing her. Its her job to be behind that counter not sitting in the lounge area on the phone”. “Not professional at all. Will not be coming back to this location ever.

Machines are fixed! Cheating Machines. I want my Daddy back!!

This place is terrible without the 7-Eleven being there.

I love this place the machines hit pretty good. William the worker was very pleasant and very nice,He was very attentive and asked me if I needed anything. Great place and great service

First time here. Just need to get out and release some stress
