Mcdonald's - Berwyn

As they change the administration, this one is so slow and inept, I bought an apple juice and she let me wait, an apple juice! after one stay and see them prepare others I ask, she said, I did not forget and went to supply food to a table and let some more wait! I'm not going back! Previously, it's just a headache!

This place has gotten slower and worst if that's possible can't even bag food the service is so bad my hashbrowns are all smushed they pack everything in a little bag!

Morning crew is horrible. They only joke around and don't pay attention to the customers or the orders they're handing out. They'll make you pull up in the drive thru to the 2nd pick up window and wait 10 plus minutes to just come and ask what was your order. I had to go back after getting home to find out they gave me the wrong bagel sandwich because the one they gave me had bacon not steak on it and the person who wanted the steak bagel gets ill when they eat pork.

Only come here if you don’t mind waiting 15 minutes for McDonald’s . Which honestly is not worth the wait. Burger King has better service and faster as well.

All my friend wanted was an M&M McFlurry... the employee made the wrong McFlurry (Oreo). He was waiting all night and upon receiving the wrong one he was devastated. He then asked for the McFlurry to be re-made, with an attitude of course, it was. However, the M&M's were only put on top and not distributed through the whole content!! This left him SHATTERED, he couldn't sleep for a whole day.
