La Lupita - Berwyn

The service was somewhat slow, and the quality of the drinks was just average.

The service was not good. It was a weekday and not too crowded. The food was average, nothing stood out. We tried the flan for dessert and it tasted bad. We do not plan on coming back anytime soon.

The mango margaritas at this restaurant are the best, the service is good, and the place is cute.

Customer service was great. We were running late due to traffic and I was afraid my reservation would get canceled. When I got there looking anxious and out of breath, I was greeted by nothing but smiles. The restaurant looks so colorful, and my drink was so good. They have vegetarian/vegan options which was the main reason I booked here, thank you for that! Parking is hit or miss because it’s street parking, prices are comparable to other places and food portions are big. Overall a really good experience, I will definitely be coming back.

Food was delicious and the place nicely decorated. Our server forgot about us the whole time so it doesn’t matter how good the food was the lack of service doesn’t give you a desire to return, sadly.
