I think it took more season for my preference. I also prefer my brisket a bit more smoky and a little less juicy, as I like the structured bits. I think it takes a little longer smoke because the ring was missing something. soße was great! great taste. to float a little on the meat and this place has serious potential.
Absolutely amazing! ordered brisket, pulled swarm, ripen and huh for a family dinner and everything was delicious! very delicate, juicy and not excessively smokey. the staff was also super nice and helpful. will come back in any case!
Jason is a bestie that gets the meat. this guy gets it. drive them all the food, but skip the bs and drive them over the road to ed forde olds where they see the king and his smoker
Brisket is good but service not so much. When I arrived they were at the end of a batch of brisket and made my sandwiches cold, even though a fresh tray of brisket came out right as I was standing there, before they assembled the sandwiches. I also ordered mac and cheese and they scraped the burnt bottom of the tray and gave it to me almost cold. All that said, the brisket and sausage are both good. The pulled pork was nothing special, kind of dry and not that flavorful.I may try them again but I guess I'll have to be more assertive if I want my food fresh and hot?
This place is worth a quick U-turn! While driving with my window down, I caught a whiff of an incredible aroma that made me have to turn back. I grabbed a brisket sandwich and some smoked beans and took them home to enjoy this delicious creation. Thank you, Lisa and JT!
