Berowra Waters Waterview Restaurant

A few years ago, we dined at this restaurant and had a disappointing experience. Hoping for improvement after a renovation, we were disappointed to find cheap collapsible tables, plastic chairs, outdated wine glasses, and a $90 seafood plate that was of poor quality. We will not be returning.

My partner and I attended Sunday dinner. the location is beautiful and the personal friendly and attentive. we started with oysters kilpatrick and crooked bread both very good. my partner ordered the huh he enjoyed, but I found the Snapper stuff shattered. in white sauce a bit stoney for my taste. I noticed that most of the tables had ordered the seafood plate and it looked amazing. we will again enjoy this stunning location and I will order the seafood platter.

I had the utter and snapper. Delicious! My only complaint is that the service was not up to par. Plates were only removed once the main course had arrived, and no other drink options were offered. Tables were left uncleared while customers still needed attention. Basic 101 service was lacking.

Nice to see this restaurant again open. the new covid format and layout works well and looked great. our meal snapper fillet and chicken marsala were perfect. great ambiente and personal were friendly and courteous. a beautiful, cozy Sunday dinner.

We chose Waterview Restaurant to commemorate a significant birthday, but unfortunately, we were incredibly let down. While the setting and view were stunning, the service was lacking. It was unclear whether the staff were indifferent or simply lacked proper training in providing good service. The food was mediocre at best. Our special family occasion was ruined by this disappointing experience.
