Ich hatte das Hủ Tiếu Khô Chay für 11€, es waren 2 WanTan, 6 Stückchen fritierter Tofu, 1 Stückchen Seitan, 1 Stückchen irgendwas anderes rotes, 1 großes Salatblatt, süßliche Sauce, dazu Udon Nudeln und Sprossen. Klingt viel, war jedoch gerade mal eine 3/4 Müslischüssel voll. Kräuter waren hier leider Koriander (den ich hasse). Hätte ich es gewusst, hätte ich es nicht genommen. Die Suppe war klar mit Lauchzwiebeln drin. Mein Mann hatte Vịt Chay Sốt Lạc. Das war verdammt geil, viel in der Schüssel, auch viel falsche Ente und das für 8,50 €. Meinem Sohn hatten wir vegane Nudeln bestellt. Da kamen gebratene Nudeln mit Ei, wir mussten also nachverhandeln. Es kamen dann einfach nur trockene Reisnudeln. Wir hatten auch eine Portion extra Reis bestellt. Wir haben uns einen Apfelsaft geteilt. Insgesamt haben wir 28€ bezahlt. Es gibt eine Wickelauflage, Frauen WC sauber, Männer WC dreckig. Im Innenraum wird gerade umgebaut mit Säge und Holzspänen. Bedienung ansonsten freundlich.

For many dishes there is the possibility to choose tofu instead of meat, here the vegetarians have even more possibilities.

I had the Hċ Ti normalu Khô Chay for 11€, there were 2 WanTan, 6 pieces Fritte Tofu, 1 piece Seitan, 1 piece something else red, 1 large salad leaf, sweet sauce, with Udon noodles and sprouts. Sounds a lot, but it was just a 3/4 cereal bowl full. Herbs were unfortunately coriander (that I hate). If I had known, I wouldn't have taken it. The soup was clear with rage onions. My husband had Vivat Chay S Rest Lationsc. That was damn horny, much in the bowl, also a lot of false duck and that for 8.50 €. My son had ordered vegan noodles. Then fried noodles came with egg, so we had to negotiate. Then only dry rice noodles came. We had also ordered some rice. We split an apple juice. Overall we paid €28. There is a wrapper, women toilet clean, men toilet dirty. Inside is currently being rebuilt with saw and wood chips. Operation otherwise friendly.

For the first time, I ate false duck (No.42) and it was really delicious and almost creepy. So I can really recommend it! Be sure to try out the other options. But I am also a fan of the Sup Chua Nagot (No. 3) and the coconut milk soup (No. 2) with tofu!!
