Dunkin' - Bernardston

So I went in to order two swandwichs with my husband. There were two employees trying to help everyone and I applaud them for helping us. They had no help so service was slow. So we waited about 10 minutes for our swandwichs. They did there best but maybe next time place more then 2 people on a holiday. Ps there bagel machine also caught on fire which is due to it not being clean. Shame on the manager for not cleaning there machines regularly.

They've become lazy. Started going 6 years ago when my kids moved to the area, never had a complaint. The past several months though they don't bother to stir the drinks or wipe them down. They leave globs of syrup on the sides and bottoms of the cups, it's kinda hard to stir that with a straw. when my Husbands coffee was dropped on the pick up counter you could visibly see it splatter, he had to wipe it all down. As a former manager myself I would expect the product ready for consumption when handed to the customer.

The past couple of days they've forgotten our food and it's hard to grab anyone's attention. Otherwise, lovely people and amazing food! Doing good folks.

Not sure why curbside is an option, they don't bring it out to you. Decided to go in after waiting and there it was on the to go shelf.
