Baskin-robbins - Bernalillo

The restaurant closes before 9:30pm even though their hours of operation indicate a 10pm closing time. If I could give this place a rating of 0, I definitely would.

A good sign of a business that in the service industry is to have a clean environment and I usually check the bathrooms when I enter before entering. The bathroom was very dirty and sink and toilet had a lot of build up on them so I did not order anything.

We were doing a late night road trip and needed some sugar. The customer service we received was top notch! They were out of some donuts, which is understandable for stopping right before closing. Other than being out of donuts and the discontinued bubble tea they advertise, the kids enjoyed their sugar rush and it kept parents awake for the night stretch.

This place is disgusting! don't know where to start. Floors were extremely dirty...food, receipts and napkins on the floor. Flies all over the place including on the donuts! Ordered 3 drinks and didn't even get on of them right. Place was not full at all. But one of employee managed to be more busy dancing to the music they had playing. Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Went through drive thru just to get 4 donuts. While ordering she was rushing us thru just that simple order with no one else in the lane but us. She asked is that all I replied yes. She said good pull forward. The young male that checked me out was very rude and didn't say have a good day thanks for stopping by nothing!! I had to ask if that was it before driving away. WORST customer service will NEVER go back! Will NEVER recommend. From all the reviews I just read this location should not even be open or in dire need of new management. They obviously do not care about what the customers are saying.
