Super nice ambience. A great relief from chain stores. Bagels are fresh, delicately crunchy on the outside, fluffy and moist on the inside. Desserts are excellent and unique. Brownies and cookies have the right balance of salty and sweet. Seating limited but comfortable. Quaint quaint and nice place.

Was in Bern for 2.5 days I had cake from Tingel-Kringel two days in a row. Tried different flavors and all of them were fresh and delicious! My favorites were the chocolate cake, and the chocolate/nuts/cherries one. Soo good and you feel like you're eating a good home made one.
