Karl&Co. - Bern

We saw the advertising of the fondue exposed outside the club and so we decided to stop at this restaurant for lunch. before we sat down we asked if it was possible to eat and we were answered yes (they were about 13.30). after they brought us the menu we waited at least 20 minutes before someone came to take orders. we tried to order an appetizer and a fondue, but we were stuck by the waitress who told us that of the twenty dishes in the menu could only choose four (humo, babaganush, a dish of meat and a salad.) at that point we went in search of better, even if they were now 14.00. We believe that staff should be much better because in this case we should have been warned immediately about the problem of the menu and do not wait for 20 minutes. in any case, other customers at the same time seemed to have ordered different dishes from those offered to us.

Drinks and a petty food ordered (vegetarian sandwich, and homemade speciality: brot, piece speck with senf.) alone the drinks allowed to wait quite long. after 45 minutes we asked after the snacks! no one knew what, because by now it was shift change and it turned out that it was never entered in the pc. a type that had just begun to work, apologized and tried to implement the order. at the end came the woman who had received the order to clear (she was probably in the meantime in the break,) only asked if we still want coffee and dessert! I said no thank you and said to them, "they had forgotten us." answer: "yes, sorry," turned around and went!I have understood for everything, but sorry that is not at all! neither apologise nor free a coffee or anything else.

Ein schönes Lokal mit köstlichen Gerichten und einem freundlichen Personal! Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert...und dazu kommt das geniale Konzept, dass man schöne...
