Vapiano Berlin Hauptbahnhof

Before our journey home we had about 1.5 h time. so it was too vapiano hbf. after salat and pasta we stood approx. 0.30 min, good is tolerable, you know what to do with vapiano. pizza 0.45 min without much operation? is not at all. the most terrible was the servic at the bar. a herr of the brand 0-Bock- italiener nölte before me an older lady full, who wanted to drink something and had not had her card ready to handle. when I was on the line, he was cheating something incomprehensible in being bartender, and I didn't understand if he meant me or the other service power behind the floor. I then just ordered the first drink that I got jammed on the treses without a whistle of it, and then he was once more important to wash off. I then said quite loud that I actually wanted another white wine. without even looking at me at all, he completely tipped the white wine into me, put it to me and just said nothing. as I know very well at vapiano, I knew the card was placed. newcomers would not have known what to do and had to pick up the next verbal whip from him. at our table will also help a family over this. they were treated equally. I don't think that's all right. not in my beloved vapiano. I'm often at the main station, but I'm not going to get anything at the bar when I see these people there.

We just had dinner at this restaurant after a fabulous day of sightseeing for Berlin. We didn't know the operation of the restaurant. The box boy was charging a couple, looking at us and telling him that a table for two in English, and he gives us two cards without a word, we put a question face, and as he hears that we speak Spanish, he tells the lord of it was charging him, that it was Spanish, that it explained to us the functioning, to what very kindly told us how it was.We sat down and we went to look at the counter. When it is up to us to ask, with bad luck, to touch the manager, I ask something as simple as pasta (spaguetis) to carbonara, it makes me look like I don't understand and pointed it out, I start to speak English that I didn't understand anything (my English is basic, I have never had a problem). it gets nervous and starts to prepare us by passing the preparation to another very nice cook. Dinner (very clean food). When we asked for the bill, you see that we had been charged twice a drink, we tell you there's a mistake, and they call the manager again. He starts messing us up, saying he gave us the drink, and we wanted the money and he'd tell us the same thing again. At the end, when he was going to give us the drink, we had to ask him to give us the money back.I'm not sorry or anything. COMIDA,bad service and especially unprofessional manager.

We went after dinner sometimes for a coffee and one evening to eat pizza that is good not too high and right crush for my gooses. the club is quiet and the competent staff.

We tend to go to Vapiano as we know they do gluten free pasta and risottos. The food is of good quality at a decent price. the one thing that lets it down is the way you have to order food. The food is prepared in front of you but if your party want both pizza and pasta you have to queue in different areas. If you are a large party you will most probably not be eating at the same time as the meals are all prepared two at a time. It's a difficult system if you are a party with many children as someone has to look after the children at the table whilst the other one queues. And if you are unlucky to be in the queue behind someone ordering for 10 people you can end up waiting a LOOOONG time. And if you want something alcoholic you can't order that when you order your meal, you have to go to yet another queue. I think they need to review the ordering system. Otherwise it would be great!

When you get in, you get a card where you can eat and drink and you pay when you go home. good selection of pizza, pasta un salat.
