Sushi Express - Berlin

We zijn hier nu een paar keer geweest. Nog steeds moeilijk te vinden. Laatste keer was de sushi minder, maar nu was het vers en heerlijk. Verschillende smaken en door hun 'happy hour voor altijd' zeer redelijk geprijsd. Een aanrader voor een heerlijke lunch. Sushi wordt vers bereid. Zoals de duitsers zeggen: een Geheimtip! De draaideur door bij Sonycenter.

This place is small and cosy. Perfect spot for tourists, because of its location, even thought it might be hard to find at first - you have to go down through the underground passage, which later leads to the trains.

The sushi express is located underground of the Sony center. It offers some tables and a conveyor belt in the center. For lunch they offered the sushi for half price. The sushi were really freshly made with still warm rice: Excellent. There was quite a variety of maki that I enjoyed a lot as well. Overall very traditional and fresh sushi for a very good price.

The restaurant is below ground at Potsdamer Platz so not a special location and not easy to find. The price was reasonable during the long-lasting “happy hour” - 63 euros for a substantial meal for 4 people, including drinks. Our sushi was freshly made to order but quite promptly. It was tasty and filling but the ratio of fish to rice was not generous. It’s worth a try but I wouldn’t make a detour to return.

Ja, sehr versteckt aber gutes Sushi und sehr nette Bedienung. Wir kommen immer gern für den schnellen Snack zu einem guten Preis, vor allem zur Happy hour.
