Grand Rocka - Berlin

We really liked the menu so decided to have dinner. The welcome was a bit loud, they all seemed to communicate very loud and popular. The food wasn't that good, nacho chicken with pesto chicken and garlic bread with some greens on it. It wasn't awful, just not good enough. We payed and while I walked away the guy who I just asked for the bill asked me to come have dinner, he didn't recognized the group. A sign he wasn't very interested in his guests at all , it just added up to the general experience.

Nice outside area to sit right at the Hackesche Hoefe. The place is very touristy. Staff was very friendly but unfortunately the food was not that exciting.

Unless you want to eat your dinner with the biggest street rats I've ever seen. Staff as so incredibly rude.We were eating under the umbrellas where most of the tables are and continually saw rats running up and down. We decided to move tables because of the problem and told a waiter we were moving.Next thing we knew we were being shouted at by another member of staff because we'd moved even though we'd informed someone we were moving tables. The rude nature of every member of staff was a jokeWe asked another girl with blonde hair for the bill and she held her hand up and said one second. An absolute joke for over priced rubbish with rats running round. Completely ruined our first night in Berlin.An absolute joke.DO NOT EAT HERE.Disgusting and clearly got hygiene problems.Rude to English people sense of entitlement was a joke.DO NOT BOTHER.

We met there with friends for a meal on a Sunday night. Service was ok we quite liked the outdoor seating area however we were very disappointed in the quality of food. The snitzel was simply a snitzel and chips which they charged €13 for, we asked for the waiter to bring us some water but he said that would cost us €6.50 then at the end after we felt we had already overpaid for the meal the waiter demanded we pay a 10% tip which we resisted initially and then after further demanding reluctantly paid.We strongly recommend you avoid this place.

Ate here several times whilst in Berlin. Clean with a nice ambience. Good selection of dishes, can recommend the pasta, cheeseburger and pizzas. I thought the prices were reasonable. Good service and the food is hot.
