Moreover, the museum has a beautiful museum café, which is not cheap, but has a beautiful (and somehow historical) ambiente.
The pei-construction of the museum is not often played sooo, or have I only the impression? since ende november the Humboldt-Schau is shown in the cellar. "the brothers humboldt used all the senses for their research. in connection with this, the exhibition offers a lot of sensual impressions: how does it write with an early sound, how sound original letters and how fragrant specialties and places? including communication stations are beside a tactile ground control system, bearish language videos, I would have read the exhibition more easily in braille! Of course there are some magical exhibits from libraries of the world. Unfortunately, they are very bad to see because they are in the light, they have to bend down to underrun the bozz with a wheelchair. there is much to read, but that would be more convenient in a book. in three books, German, English and in light language the originals could have been reproduced wonderfully. many textile banners connect the space and also carry the realization, but they have not developed. the multimedia options, various arts I did not perceive, of principle not! very nice a marble crocodile from the vatikanmuseum and the 6 pictures »Panorama from the dawn of the peaceful church« by eduard gaertner ... a great manko had the exhibition this morning, there were different school classes with guided tours, poor youths. is generally difficult the light, which is based on conservatives, in which the high hall is rather dark, as well as the acoustics. Of course, a quantity of exhibition architecture and graphics, as now usus. I was back quickly, but after a short walk through the house I turned a round again. for this exhibition no one has to go to berlin, I mean. for fans there is a catalogue and enough literature. the exhibition is praised in the presse because it brings new aspekte into play and also shakes on the Humboldt-Sockel. one of the curators is the French Bénédicte Savoy, probably the most famous Humboldt Forum critic. this is all not my thema, I mean the form of exhibition and presentation.
Hello dear leser! here you have to talk about the polite building there in lachsrose. the house there was built from 1695 to 1729 in several construction sections and it was architects like nehring, schlüter and jean de bodt involved. in the period from 1730 to 1876 it served as a house for the witness and was meant to the time weapons. it was a huge weapon chamber in the middle of the city, which was already the great Prussian residence city of the king or then also imperial of Prussia and later the German rich. after various uses it became a museum for the world war in the 1930s and then after the destruction in the second world war of 1950-1990 a museum for history to times the ddr. since 2003 it is the German historical museum, again a museum for history. what better has not happened to them anymore! there is a permanent exhibition and back into the new building, especially in the section of three wexel exhibitions on thematic history. how boring, I'll fall asleep right away when I think about school hours! but we German have a great story, because we were always the center of history that shaped the planet, sometimes good and bad! I look into your heart, look in good times, bad times, a life that begins new, of love and pain, is determined in good and bad times, the fate. the German history is like a sofenoper. beautiful, sometimes tragic and sometimes creepy! that is and was always in it! the Stone Age and the Bronze Age. the roars were wide here, the big one was not far. medium, dark time. luther teaching made itself wide. but ashamed, fire and war came at the moment, napoleon brought the quadrga, but at the end we were the victor. we were and not soft, founded the German rich. after the first world war came the weeping republic. Jews were destroyed, nazis brought war, in nürnberg they were executed. economic wonderland and division, were there still the hurry? Now all are back together, but the terror is burning. only the birds can sing us, what will they bring to the future? her spreesurfer.: part 2 of the text: and we German can be proud of our history, because we are the great folk of the denier and the denker: we have invented the book print that was from mainz aus gutenberg. without which I cannot write here! martin luther has reformed Christianity. otto lilienthal has made sure that we can fly around the world in almost 24 hours! I still suffer from the fluglärm! : o whonher from brown invented the rocket. he had the first to climb where today the airport is Berlin-Tegel. that was 1930. almost exactly my kiez! so he laid the basis for modern space travel and satellite technology. in königs wusterhausen bei berlin the radio and radio technology was invented. the first radio broadcast of the world was sent in berlin, in voxstraße at potsdamer platz 1923. the first tw live broadcast of the world was from olympia 1936 by berlin! konrad zuse invented the computer (z1 1941 in berlin, without the sat we all did not sit here and could read this! robert koch and rudolf virchow were the pioneers of modern medicine. without these people there would be many inoculations, antibiotics and not even: carl benz and his wife bertha found the car without having to run much more and would not have sled! here at me found the one from Siemens and neck the electric tram, basic for all electrified lanes afterwards. we also found the fanmile, the antibabypille and so on. I stop, but without our German history, the world would still be almost in the middle of the way to the front today!
The German historical museum has long been on my program list. on a Tuesday in October 2015, it turned out that my companion and I looked at it. after long remodeling work, the museum presents itself very modern. the permanent exhibition is housed in the front part of the former house, on the road below the linden. there is also the entrance to the museum. There are special exhibitions which are presented in the rear part of the building and in a building. we focused on the permanent exhibition at our visit. as we entered the museum, we stood in a spacious, spacious hall. we went to the bank, got our tickets. we did not use an audioguide, which was additionally calculated with three euro. we were given a sticker for the clothes, which showed us as a neat museum visitor who had paid the entrance. some instructions where the parts of the permanent exhibition are found and where the special exhibitions can be found. photographing was allowed, but only without flash. because it was quite warm in the building, we gave off our garderobe. for our astonishment this was free. there were also lockers for bags. next to the garderobe there was a chair that brought us to the top. there began the permanent exhibition. the permanent exhibition on German history was chronologically ordered. it began with cross-border flows both in Germany and in Europe. the political history of the various epochs was presented. we learned how the state was organized before, how people lived in the individual regions. many exhibits were shown, e.g. trembling, coins, vessels. on one side a chain shirt was exhibited to touch. we picked it up and didn't stunt badly how hard it was. a couple of ears were to be found, that was something for me. We are more familiar with the history from the middle age to today than the times before. martin luther and the reformation period were as little as the Prussian kings and august the strong, who was in favor of Sachsen and Polish king. even a picture of the sun king, ludwigs xiw, was present. the story in the upper floor ended with the first world war. there was a little cinema where a film about the 2nd world war was on. in the ground floor was continued with the weimar time, the third rich and the time after the second world war. in this time exhibition, the history in all Germany was included. to the conclusion, we felt quite beaten. we had seen so much, and that was just the permanent exhibition. we looked at a special exhibition in which the end of the war in 1945 was addressed in twelve different European countries. after that we were no longer absorbent. to look at everything, including all special exhibitions and a visit at the zeughauskino, you need a whole day or longer. we were three and a half hours before the site. very nicely decorated, very full, the prices slightly raised. we had to do that. coffee and cake were neat. there were also small foods offered. Of course there was a museum shop where we were to browse. I got two books and two marks. the many berlin souvenirs we did not need : a visit to the museum we can recommend to anyone interested in German history. the museum is centrally located in the berlin city. you will find details on the website of the museum.
This is an excellent museum that gives a chronological history of Germany and what a history. the exhibits are excellent and the information provided is very informative. my oldest son is modern history gcse and he found that this is a very useful visit. the entry of the price was very reasonable and included in the price access to a few other exhibitions, one of which is about the trip poster I love.
