Mcdonald's - Berlin Road, Cromwell

We placed mobile orders that were not only not ready, but hasn't even been entered. One of the orders had to be placed and paid for again, so hopefully we receive a refund for that looks the cashier said we would.The woman at the counter was giving away food with the wrong numbers on the bag, but we waited long enough to see people who ordered after us get their food but still were missing items.If I didn't ask the cashier to check my order, and if she didn't hand my receipt to the manager in the kitchen, I feel we would have waited even longer.

A little more expensive but overall always worth it the customer service the food everything is 1 million times better for like less than a dollar more compared to the few McDonald’s around the area I highly recommend you come here it is always always always worth the pennies and the time it takes the drive over here rather than wasting time at any of the other McDonald’s around the area, you go to any of the others you will be highly disappointed in the food the experience, the money wasted this is the spot
