As we were trying to place our orders, we were informed that we could only have one order per car, which was something we had never experienced at any other drive-thru before. I asked for the corporate number as this policy seemed disturbing and unethical to us. We decided not to place an order and instead went to McDonald's across the street, where we had a good laugh sharing our experience. We have not returned to Burger King since and will be sharing our negative experience with others.
I haven't been to this restaurant in a while and I will not be returning. The food was cold and I had to wait a long time for it. I couldn't understand why my tater tots tasted strange until I realized that the oil hadn't been changed. My husband's sandwich with double breakfast meat was very disappointing, as the meat was flat. I hope that if I do end up giving this place another chance in the future, it will be better.
