I just wanna say this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a subway. From the beginning to the end . Nicole is great with customers. She had the best energy I’ve seen in a while during this pandemic. I am going to be a returning customer for sure just to see her
Me and a couple friends went to get subs here and when I went up first to order the lady there assumed that I was ordering for the three of us, I told her the sub was only for me, as she ignored me and asked what bread I would like for the three. I tried to tell her this order was only for me, she either ignored me or didn't hear me. On top of this they didn't many ingredients, one of my friends were asking for colby jack and it took awhile for her to understand what he was saying, and said that they don't have colby jack. Also they tried to close the glass and a knife flipped out and almost hit us. My other friends Dad, he wasn't there, but he wanted a sub, that was off the table because we didn't want to deal with them anymore. Probably the worst customer service experiences we've ever had.
Tonight at 18 o'clock. the lady who works, wore no masks and sniffed all the time when she made our sandwiches. I regret not being confronted with this.
Service was fast and friendly. they had not all confessed. the brot was dry and hard. the played music must be from spotify or online.
