Matzbach - Berlin

The food was good, the staff very friendly and the ambience really nice

We stayed at this hotel from December 18th to December 20th and I have to say it was just great. The hotel itself is located directly on the front of the Marheineke Markthalle. On the ground floor the restaurant Matzbach and on the upper floor the hotel. The hotel has 7 rooms. We were in room 6 and it was very nice. The establishment lovingly and practically. Have spent 5 nights at the hotel. We liked it very well. Room clean, top location (bus almost outside the door, subway 5 minutes), uncomplicated booking and check-in. Breakfast can be taken at the hotel itself or in the beautiful market hall. 1 star trigger, due to bad smell in the bathroom and bad lighting in the rooms. But all in all — recommendation. Will book again.

Great restaurant with a varied menu. From Burger to Nachos to Steak everything is to be received. Operation and ambience is very good and you feel welcome. Happy again
