Seymour's Watch My Smoke Bbq - Berlin

Despite already being at the Berlin Mart to pay, I decided to find the restaurant so I would know where to go the next day. Unfortunately, when I informed the owner that I was there to pay for the order I would pick up tomorrow, he told me that I should have only come to Franklin Street to pay before. He was not professional and told me that he was too busy to fulfill my order for a pan for tomorrow at 3:00 p.m., even though his staff had told me they were open for payment until 7:00 p.m. I called at 9:00 a.m. and lost the entire day due to this confusion. He further stated that there was no way I could find a place to pick up the pan grill chicken at this late hour. I explained that he put me in a difficult situation, but he still refused to accommodate my request. I mentioned that as an event planner with connections, it would have been great advertising for him to provide food for my event. However, he will lose business because of this experience as I will inform others. Fortunately, the Wokery at the Berlin ShopRite was able to prepare a fresh grilled pan for my event and even allowed me to pay the next day. Where's the great customer service the owner promised?

I was at the Wawa on Franklin Avenue when a man approached me and asked if I liked Caribbean jerk. He told me about a new restaurant called Seymour in West Berlin. Intrigued, I decided to check it out and was impressed by the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, guiding me through the menu and even offering a sample of their jerk sauce. The only downside was that they didn't have cornbread, but the owner promised to have it next time. My meal was well-packaged and delicious, with the jerk and cabbage dish being particularly tasty. I will definitely be returning to Seymour's to try more items on the menu and support local businesses. When looking to try something new, look no further than Seymour's BBQ at 201 Haddon Ave in West Berlin, NJ 08091. The smoked steaks are absolutely amazing, and they also specialize in delicious Jamaican cuisine including oxtails, jerk chicken, curry chicken, cauliflower, rice, and more. Please note that fish is only available upon request. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is delicious. Highly recommended!
