Raynes Reef Luncheonette - Berlin

Fantastic burgers, great cheese steaks. Wait staff was attentive, but there were just 2 of them and the place was packed. However, they worked well together to make sure all patrons were taken care of properly. There is a self serve kiosk to check in which is handy, and then you are texted or called when a table is ready so you can shop while waiting.

We happened upon this restaurant somewhat by chance while looking for a place to eat during our drive home from Virginia. We had no idea how iconic this little spot and the town were! The food was enjoyable, similar to what you'd find in a New York diner. The kids ordered milkshakes and some classic fried dishes. The decor and counter area were charming, but I can only give it 3 stars due to the cleanliness—it felt a bit sticky. Otherwise, it was a fantastic discovery!

A charming, nostalgic soda fountain shop with the grill located right by the counter. The place was bustling, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous. The diner food was of great quality—exactly what we were hoping for!

The Reuben is absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere, charm, and service are exceptional. We also ordered the BLT, and it was incredible as well.

It is a very cute restaurant to stop in at. It was raining and we were lucky to get a seat. The food and staff were great. They have many sandwiches and wraps to choose from. A kids menu too
