Even Stephen Catering - Berlin

We never had a bad meal at Even Stephen's. We didn't plan to eat today, but we went home from our daily walk and went right by the dinner. ES has always a few Daily Specials and we decided to share the Crab Cakes with roasted vegetables, mashed spuds and a huge potato pancake with apple sauce and acid cream. She also offered a great dessert choice of a cheesecake sampler or a raspberry crumb cake ala mode. Every bite was delicious and we have made the right choice to share the order as it would have been a choir to carry the rests while the rest of the way to go home. Great news is that ES is ready to open for dinner every evening in the week! If you have never tried the super home style food at ES, you deserve to treat yourself. Prices are always reasonable and portions are very generous. The staff is always warm and friendly and takes you from the moment you arrive at the time you say adios as you are again for a next time. Updated today's visit on 3/28/2019 To dinner tonight. Dine alone. Very friendly staff. Order the Tonight's Specials from Cube Steak. Was favorable, vegetables and potato pulp was a good supplement as well as the claim crushed. 5 stars rated, but if could be more. Hot. Excellent service and staff! Update 1/11/2019. My husband and I have been here for over 10 years. Never been disappointed. Well old-fashioned homemade business with warm employees and owners. For breakfast with hot coffee to eggs and toast or Sunshine Special.. for lunch with daily homemade soups with Patty melt and since the last month to them for dinner specials.. Very recommended

Consistent wonderful service. I had steak and eggs there 35 times in 3 years NIE had a bad one! Homefries are better than ANYwhere, Bar None. Great breakfast, great lunch, wonderful Brenda the server. It can't be better!

I came here for breakfast and it was good. The staff was friendly and the order to table time decent . Coffee and bacon are my pet peeves and they both were good here . Nice location and easy parking . The prices are fair and the menu is pretty good. Definitely give this place a try .
