Dunkin' Donuts - Berlin

I went inside and waited over 20 minutes without anyone taking my order. When I asked about it, they told me to wait for just one more minute, but that turned into another minute, and then another. Finally, after 30 minutes, they allowed me to order a coffee. However, the large cup of coffee with cream cost over $6 and it wasn’t filled all the way.

I also ordered a lightly toasted everything bagel with cream cheese, which was toasted to perfection and had just the right amount of cream cheese. All of the staff at the counter were professional, efficient, and exceptionally friendly. I would definitely recommend stopping by this Dunkin' location if you're in the area!

This Dunkin' is one of the pricier options in my area, and I always find myself having to double-check my own coffee lid. With medium coffees now costing $2.12, it might be a good idea for them to invest in a better sound system—perhaps the staff can't hear my order properly? The new management or ownership has really diminished the quality of this location. Between the untrained staff and the frequent mix-ups with orders, it's become quite frustrating. There's definitely room for improvement.

I visit this Dunkin' every morning on my way to work, but I've had a frustrating experience with the manager. She is rude and seems to struggle with making coffee properly. Yesterday, my coffee was made incorrectly, and I was charged for a turbo shot that I never received. The manager took my order and then started being disrespectful to one of her employees, leading me to believe she wasn't paying attention and messed up my order. Today, when I tried to place my order, she walked away from the register to chat with the same employees she had complained about yesterday. I've decided not to spend my money here anymore. It's disappointing to see such unprofessional behavior, especially towards customers. This manager really needs to go!

It seems like the restaurant might be under new management. There were all new staff members since my last visit. I stopped by on a weekday at 10 AM, and they were out of 3 out of the 4 items I requested. There was no greeting or any acknowledgment from the employees; they were quite rude. As I drove away enjoying my coffee, I realized it tasted burnt. It's disappointing because this location used to be nice. I won’t be returning.
