Nice Dunkin Donut stops on his way to Assateague Island. Very nice and efficient service.

I placed an order through the app for pickup inside. When I arrived at the pickup counter, no one asked if I had been assisted. Another customer walked in right after me and received help immediately, even though we were both in the pickup area. I then inquired about my order and was told it hadn't been received, even though they were asking if I had come in yet. It's frustrating. I won't be spending my money there again.

I really love this place, but they definitely need to hire more staff. Today, I ordered a bagel that was supposed to be toasted, but it barely looked like it had been touched and was cold. Unfortunately, I couldn’t come back to get a new one since I was already at work. When there aren't enough staff, things just don't turn out right.

The service was prompt and accompanied by friendly smiles. The restrooms were clean and accessible for wheelchair users. The coffee shop was spacious and offered convenient parking outside. It appeared to be a favorite spot for travelers. The hash browns were cooked perfectly, and they also accepted NFC payments.
