The restaurant does not close during snowstorms and does not provide new uniforms for employees, resulting in everyone having holes in their Dunkin shirts. The owner has never even greeted the staff, showing a lack of care for the small employees. Despite not receiving holiday pay for working on holidays except for Christmas, the company considers its employees expendable. With other establishments starting employees at $15-$16, it is frustrating to have worked there for years and still not be close to that wage. There is growing frustration among the staff, who believe the company could do much better.

I am appalled by the fact that your employees are smoking cigarettes right in front of the restaurant's entrance, especially during a pandemic when customers are trying to access other businesses in the plaza. I will definitely be contacting the health department about this issue. It is unacceptable and disgusting.

I worked for this establishment for 7 years and it was the best work experience I have had so far. The company is amazing and the team is wonderful.

Refuses to close during the snowstorms and refuses to give the workers new uniforms. we all have holes in our maths. be not cheap. the owner never went in once and said hello. this company does not care about its small employees. we are completely executable to them. we don't even get to pay vacation for when actually working. only to christmas. that is the one holiday they recognize. many are fed. Not to mention anywhere, it's about $15.16. for years we are there and are still pushing to get my raises and I don't even make near $15. this company could do so much more.

It is repulsive that your personal cigarettes smokes right in front of their doorstep, not to mention in the middle of a pandemic when people try to access other companies in the plaza. 100 % is called upon to this one health council. it's disgusting.
