My favorite part of Summer Kitchen is the fact that they are inexpensive and organic. Among the casual lunch options around them are better than most only the block next to Italian homemade. Your pizzas are not great in my opinion and we rarely get them, but their hot food is pretty good: spaghetti, roast chicken and sandwiches are all solid.

Love summer kitchen. They make great, delicious casual meals. One of the better roast chicken sandwiches you can get, fantastic pizza and delicious salads. My regret is that I am not living any closer, I would go here more often!

We passed after we had eaten somewhere (I know that was probably a mistake) Dessert wanted. I saw a sweet little cupcake with fresh berries and thought perf! . And then I asked what this other hot mess of oatmeal cinnamon and apple and bread was and heard it had also cured lemon I and perhaps a remarkable explicative for them know what I wanted when I did not.. All right! Are they kidding? It is crispy at the lower edges, but the tender apples are still crispy and the lemon is just enough with the crumb. I had it later with a latte and I am surprised that I had no dreams about this tart. Cupcake would normally have been amazing. The berry cream had a fresh taste and the berries were delicious. But honestly, I'm all about this date. A

The most amazing California cuisine. Everything I've had from Summer Kitchen has been super delicious, every little detail of each dish. They epitomize the standard for a farm to table restaurant. I cannot recommend this place enough.

It?s such a gift to the Rockridge area to have Summer Kitchen here. Every dish that comes out from the kitchen is amazing!! Their thin crust pizzas, cauliflower salad and desserts are all my favorites.
