Subway - Berkeley

I entered the restaurant and the hostess was quite rude. She seemed uninterested in assisting me and appeared to be occupied with something else while wearing air pods and not wearing a hair net or face mask. I will definitely choose to go to a different restaurant before returning to this one.

I had a very frustrating experience at this restaurant. It was busy and I was hungry, so I tried to use an egift card. However, after wasting 35 minutes of my time, I didn't receive any food and was charged $3 from a $5 egift card. Despite having other payment options, the staff ignored my requests to pay the remaining amount with regular cards or cash. Instead, they made repeated unsuccessful attempts to scan a QR code. It was a disappointing and confusing experience.

This restaurant was terrible. I discovered ants in my fountain drink, the lettuce tasted old, the cheese on our sandwiches was wrong, and the place was not clean.

Picked up a breakfast sandwich, and the woman who made it is lovely and patient. The guy before me had a number of lunches and she worked thru them so kindly. Mine was simple. Good parking lot, but can be a little sketchy after dark... but also it'snext to the library, so good.

I never expected great service but today came below my already low expectations The lady on duty said that she closed at nine, implying we needed to hurry, which we understood since it was 8:45, but didn't expect to last more than 10Minutes for 3 sandwiches to prepareShe kept looking at the clock like every time she added anything to the sandwich which was annoying I asked for no olives on one of them but she put a bunch anyway (didn't want to argue or cause more delays so I let it go)She didn't bother to cut the last sandwich and seemed pretty annoyed when I was trying to pay with a $50 gift card Anyway, bad experience Haven't been to a subway for a while but didn't expect it to be this bad
