Domino's Pizza - Berkeley

Terrible. Placed my order at 7:56 pm and still haven?t heard a thing (9:20PM). I called the store multiple times just for them to hang up on me. I?ve had issues with this place before with incorrect orders so this is definitely the last time i?ll order atthis location.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. I ordered three items and two of them were missing when my order arrived. The delivery driver went back to get my drink, but my order was still missing the two dipping sauces I had paid for. I called the restaurant twice, but no one answered after waiting over 10 minutes each time. I had to pay extra delivery fees, turning my $20 order into a $30 order, and I didn't even receive half of what I had ordered. The website offered me a 20% discount on my next order, but I just want a refund for the inconvenience caused to my evening.

I always order a pan pizza because it's the best pizza creation ever. Who needs a crust? Not me. The way the bottom crust gets crispy and juicy from the pan is perfect. I went to a new location and debated adding extra cheese ("cheese it up" in Domino's terms). I decided to go for it and the extra cheese was a nice touch, although they also seemed to add extra sauce. Overall, the pizza was delicious. You should definitely try it.

I ordered the pizza, 2.5 hours later received a text that the driver was showing up. Never showed up! Dominoes text me later and admitted they dropped the ball. I hope they refund the amount I payed. Don?t drop the ball again please!

I placed an online order for delivery, but it never arrived. I decided to walk to the restaurant and knocked on the door, only to find out that their online ordering was closed. After some persistence, they finally opened up and I explained that the pizza tracker said the delivery had been made, which was not the case. The restaurant called the driver, who still had the pizza and was on his way home. He turned around, and I finally received my pizza. Was it an honest mistake?
