Barney’s Gourmet Hamburgers

The Western Bacon Cheeseburger at Barneys on Shattuck in Berkeley was absolutely delicious. The curly fries were plentiful even with just a single order, and the Bacon Cheeseburger was just what we were craving. This restaurant is a must-stop for us every time. Don't forget to also order a cup of ranch dressing with your meal.

Wow, when Barneys is on point, it's on point! The burger was cooked perfectly and the grilled mushrooms and onions were spot on. Thank you! One suggestion: please add the option to order extra Thousand Island dressing on the DoorDash menu. One small container just isn't enough!

The food is consistently tasty, and I really appreciate that they pack the fried foods in a way that maintains crispness. Barneys is always a solid choice. I do wish we still could add notes to orders, and/or that one could order additional condiments. The ranch went so well with the chicken tenders!

After reading great reviews about the burgers I ordered the Alpine. The burger was very soggy because of the plastic container. Also the burger was not cooked probably. On the other hand Single Curly Fries was very good :

I absolutely love Barneys! My husband and I have been dining at Barneys restaurant on Solano for years. We recently decided to try their home-delivered "take out" and were impressed by the same great food quality. Our orders always arrived promptly and still hot (or cold if necessary), perfectly cooked to order. Our favorites from Barneys include the Bacon Cheese Burger, Beach Body Salad (a healthy option), Sweet Potato Fries, and Animal.
