One star for terribly rude and offensive service. I specified twice that I did not want my pizza warmed yet they still heated my pizza. I was confused as to why I had to wait for cold pizza so I asked again for my pizza. I’m a regular and usually they just pull the pizzas directly from the case and hand it to you if you’re warming it up at home. The person serving me, with her back turned towards me, told her coworker that I messed up and asked to have my pizzas warmed. I corrected her to say, no, I did not. She still had her back to me. I repeated myself and still she ignored me, kept her back towards me, and pretended I wasn’t there. It’s no big deal to me that they warmed up my pizza but what I can’t stand is the level of disrespect. Talking about me while I’m standing there and lacking the decency to face me. Please do better. This is my go-to pizza joint but no pizza, no matter how delicious, is worth the disrespect.

This is my third attempt here, since others tell me they like it. I don 't. Cardboardy pizza that is anything but NY style, unless you take into account the attitude. I order, pay, and the same woman asks me what I want again and tries to ring me up again (not mention that the checkout screen asks for a tip starting at 22%... for takeout only! When I tell her I already ordered, she rudely tells me, ' Well, go stand outside then! '. I don 't know what the protocol is here since two people in front of me got their order inside and left, one of them falling over the sandwich board sign inconveniently placed just outside the door, while she was trying to make room for the person in front of her, exiting with a pie. So I wait outside with other impatient looking folks while they figure out how to put 2 slices in a paper bag (I asked for it unheated . Not worth the wait or attitude, for mediocre, at best, pizza. I 'm done with this place, and too bad since it 's only a couple of blocks from my house. Parking: Not easy to find parking.

Been looking for REAL pizza in the Bay Area for 9 years. This pizza is closest to New York/Philly style pizza I have found. It’s delicious!

This is a margherita pizza? With unmelted cubes of cheese (maybe mozzarella? and garlic marinara sauce. The only explanation from the shop keeper after I opened the cold box and showed him was “we ran out of basil,” as he walked away to continue chatting with co-worker. Not recommended. Unacceptable business transaction. Not worth the $45 we paid. Not worth $1. Is this a day old plain cheese pizza with some random cubed cheese added on top and marinara garlic dipping sauce poured on?
