The Shepler`s - Bergisch Gladbach

We go all couple weeks and have never experienced a bad burger! always delicious, always enjoyed. one of the best I had in Germany to be honest. I cannot comment on the rest of the menu, it is our way to the burger. place and nothing more. 4 stars not 5? they are sometimes slow, the staff wait a little uninterested. service with a forced smile. I'm never sure why we're going to typing, because only they tap is someone who takes their order and delivers their food. but typing the German is gone, whether they are happy or disappointed with their eating, they tap. I think that's weird. but there you are.

Beautiful place to enjoy a beer and watch bundesliga games. typical Gastro-Pub type of food in good quality. friendly helpful service.

So, the standards are good here, but not anymore. altogether ok, but burger should you enjoy better with freddy schilling in köln or with fat kuh. fahita is nice, but the new mexicoburger was unfortunately nix. salatcompilation of the supplement naja, guacamole boring and no salsa, jalapenos or mexican touch except tacobrot. but who stands on ribs or wings is right here. good, however, is always the next room for children and the childrenmenues

We went back to restaurant sheplers, although the last 2 visits were already borderline. Just thought we'd try it again. we would have saved ourselves better.For years we have been happy to eat in the sheplers. but since a good half year, it has unfortunately deteriorated. very long waiting times at the appetizers, the main course lasted over 1.5 hours, although the tables in the restaurant were only 2/3 occupied. In the local area too little controls are available, especially when the next room is full of guests. there's the operation overwhelmed. it is not cleared, let alone asking if you want to drink something. this applies both to the service and to the “Chefin/Managing Director”.A couple of what sat on the table has gone because they didn’t want to wait even longer.The service can only be regretted with all the complaints.When paying with the card we got back to say that the card reader is broken. that was already the 2 x that we were there before, so.Nettwise, however, you get the notice that there is a cash machine close by, where you can pick up money.The most unharmed was the reaction of the “Chefin/Managing Director” to our new complaining “You have always come to the wrong time to eat”. that was with eating in the sheplers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Personal very nice, eating was also fresh and tasty!Special wishes super solved. in the interior is even a big sperater playroom for kids!!
