Boulangerie Marie Blachere - Bergerac

I only ever get bread here and it’s fabulous. Great baguettes cooked three different ways (half baked, normal and crusty) is really good. Their cookies are also great. I have had a tart or two from here and they are quite ok. It’s always busy here and you need to know what you are wanting. The pain nordique is one of my favorite here. On the odd occasion they have brioche with pralines which is also nice.

The welcome was as warm as the brownie was, the chocolate doughs were generously filled with good shock as they were said in the middle of the pastry shop

Hello this morning, Wednesday November I came to get a lot of campaign bread and mie bread, and for the first time, all the breads were burnt with cramés I made the remark to the young caissière so that she would bring the problem back to the person who cooks the bread. If he loves the spitted bread it is his right, but he is in a bakery and all customers must have the choice to choose a spitted or normal bread. So for the first time I left without bread. As for the caissières I find them very brave, of course it's not easy every day, well cooked, not too cooked, well white, I'm not too cooked, they really do the maximun in a minimun of time. as I'm not a grudge I'll come back hoping that one day maybe there'll be some bread like I like. bart

Never disappointed by the breads and pastries of Marie Blachere. Very good products.
