Poke House Bergamo

The poke is really good, the ingredients are tasty and fresh, they also have some sweet desserts and milkshakes. The place too is small inside but really nice, I like how they arranged the neon lights, and if you choose take-away they give you a super cute paper bag. Maybe I would change the way you order your poke, it makes you jump from one person to the other so it’s kind of weird; and also the fact when you’re finished eating and you should take your plate inside but you really don’t know where you’re supposed to put it. Suggestion to be more eco-friendly? Don’t wrap the chopsticks in paper, just put them in a glass and let the customer take them if he wants. They gave me two pairs of chopsticks and also two forks, instead of just asking me what I wanted to eat with.

Worst staff I’ve ever experienced. We started ordering food and the person serving us suddenly started serving someone else, for no apparent reason. We obviously felt we were not treated fairly and therefore stopped the order even though the staff member had already started filling the bowl. We did not say anything aggressive or out of place. We just left the shop. We felt ill treated as customers and the staff and manager were very rude to us and threatened us with calling the police. The encounter was very aggressive and we have never experienced such bad treatment. Feeling very sad after an amazing week in northern Italy.
