Papa Leno's - Berea

Stopped in yesterday with my family. While the food is always superb here, our table and chairs were sticky, it could have been from not being cleaned or the lack of air conditioning. When I asked the glowing little waitress could she have someone turn the air up, she brushed me off defeatedly. I don’t believe I was the only person who’s ever ask her to turn the air up. This post is not to hate but to make the management aware that this is an issue.

We stopped here twice during our stay at the Boone Tavern Hotel. We were wanting pizza to watch Smack Down during our little staycation.. we walked down to Papa Leon’s noticed a long line, we were fine with it because we were excited to try something new! The wait was over an hour but they informed us of that upfront. They were out of sweet tea but they were way too busy to bother so unsweetened it was. We took our drinks to go while we waited and headed back to pick up our pizza and garlic bread. We were very pleased to have the garlic bread be extremely fresh tasting and the pizza was just as great! Had a delicious garlic flavor to it! We decided to head there the next time too for some of their fries, chicken Parmesan lasagna. Another hour wait no sweet tea, however the staff was very nice and informative, we knew the wait was long and well worth it. Our second dinner was just as good! The fries are delicious and crispy our meals were flavorful filling! I definitely suggest popping in to try just be sure to wait a little bit.

Fantastic place for lunch. Great food! Parking: We had to park in the free community lot but it's not too far away. Around 300 feet from the door.

Wonderful pizza and the steak sandwich was great too. Highly recommend!

Need to focus on their customers a little better pre-tip $15 for carryout and give you a total of 4 tbsp of marinara sauce on two spaghettis very disappointing and they never answer their phone so I guess this is the only way to make a complaint
