I could smell the pig bone soup before walking into the store and I picked the store manager recommended ramen. It was delicious.
Originally open in 1953 this Ramen store offers good value, an English menu and overall good noodles. Kuro tonkotsu is particularly recommended.
The taste of soup is not suited for Taiwanese, duo to the lard smell , you can put into some sauce the soup will be better than before.
Superb disc. perfect combination. suppe, nudel, all mixed. I really love it.
