Undo's - Benwood

In my humble opinion, you will not find a better Italian restaurant in Ohio River Valley, provided we speak strictly about the Benwood site. I don't have much experience with the other locations and I have no need. I will say that DaVincis, in Parkersburg, is a very, very close second, but it is also a hike from my house, comparatively. - The staff is very friendly, professional and courteous. You're family. Ticket times are usually very short, but sometimes they can be a bit longer when the restaurant is muddled, which is not unexpected or inappropriate. - Prices based on portion sizes are extremely reasonable. If you can finish a calzone in a session, I will be really impressed because it literally fills a plate and must be cut into half to fit into a box to go. - The taste and quality are no longer. I love her salads and I usually don't like salads. You have to be made fresh to be so sharp, but for the life of me I can't see how the logistical is possible. With regard to their pasta, I usually don't like chicken alfredo. At our last dinner, my friend ordered her chicken alfredo. I tried and eat half. - If you have a bad experience or if your food is not for your pleasure, politely bring it to their attention. They will do their level best to make it right. They really care about it, so they're in business for so long and why they survived the pandemic releases, I guess. - I'll say that I wish the bar staff had the knowledge and supplies to make more types of cocktails, but you can't have everything, and what they do is usually fantastic. I've eaten at Undo's in Benwood since I was old enough to remember. I'm almost 30.

Comfortable location with comfort food. Fast service with large staff.

The food, the atmosphere and ESPECIALLY the service was the second to none! The young lady waiting for us also took care of a huge amount of children from homecoming and missed no beat. The food was delicious and the prices were very reasonable.

Great Italian restaurant. Delicious bread to begin, my son got the pizza that was great. My wife and u got pasta dishes that were also good. Friendly service, nice local facility.

Had a good experience. Stopped in kind of late so it was quiet. Server was great ,she was really busy though. Strong drinks and great food.
