Village Inn - Bentonville

Always amazed with the customer service!! Last time I was in It was so cold out, our waitress had our drinks out in 2 minutes (we all ordered coffee or hot tea) and she earned up our mugs our complicated orders were all correct and took maybe 5 minutes!! Love village in and it will be a forever be a lunch place for a girls day out!!

Both of the Village inn locations in Northwest Arkansas seem to be on point. They always have incredible food and great service. I wouldn't suggest the Rogers locations as much because of the hotels surrounding them. That whole entire area gets clogged up at eating times because of the influx of guests in the area. Depending on time of year, it could be better. I highly suggest this restaurant and all their wonderful pies and people!

I have dined at Village Inn 4 times. Tonight my book club met there again. We got excellent service from Grant. On Wednesday night they provide a limited selection of free pie slice for desert. I recommend the pancakes.

The waitress and the manager were both exceptional!! The manager was very honest, kind, and had a huge smile when we walked in! I noticed there was a problem with one of the customers order he came and handled the situation perfectly. A+! The food was pretty good. I'm excited to try the pie Wednesday! I must add just because I am an honest critic.. the woman that took us to our seat she took us to a table for 5+ when we only had 2. It was in an odd spot too with a circle table, so very uncomfortable. We told her we found a booth and just sat there. She's older, she wasn't rude or anything just something she could work on! The waitress was wonderful, you can tell she really cares about her customers. Thank you! First time here and I'll be back!

We ordered one meal between the two of us and Village Inn was so nice they split it up for us before they brought it to the table. Denise is a fantastic server! Great people great place!
