Pressroom - Bentonville

It was a busy night. We get that. But we waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for food to arrive. Manager and server were very gracious and worked hard to make it right. Food was great once it arrives. Will go back because of managers response.

We went for a late lunch. I ordered the mushroom and quinoa burger which was really not good. I would not recommend it. The homemade bread it came with was delicious, however. My husband ordered the Chicken Sammy with the blackened chicken. The chicken tasted like fast food chicken. The drinks were good and the quiet atmosphere for a late lunch was nice but we really did not enjoy our food. The service was very good but not friendly.

Service took away from the experience. We sat outside on the patio and had to get our own water refills. In addition, it took way too long to be waited on. Our food once ordered came out quickly and was delicious. We understand some short staffing issues due to covid but this was way beyond that. Food five star but service took away from the overall experience.

I definitely would return to try more dishes. The pork was amazing and the salad was refreshing. Everyone loved the drinks. Service was well-timed and friendly.

Dinner with spouse. she had the laughs. I had that roasted huh. Both were good. the roasted chicken was "da bomb" wow! excellent.
