Capriotti's Sandwich Shop - Bentonville

I visited last week for lunch and tried the Chicken Chipotle Crunch, completing my quest to sample every sandwich on the menu. There are numerous sandwich shops, each with their own take on classic offerings, but I was searching for a standout signature sandwich—and I believe I’ve found it. The Chicken Chipotle Crunch is a delicious combination of grilled chicken, American cheese, salad, tomato, crispy cheddar jacks, and Capriottis' special ranch dressing. I highly recommend this sandwich! The restaurant itself is always very clean, and in my opinion, the staff is among the friendliest in the sandwich business.

Last week, my son came to visit, and our family gathered for a big game night, enjoying delicious food from Capriotti's. It was our first time ordering from them, and it did not disappoint! The food was fresh and generously portioned. I will definitely be returning; their 18-inch turkey sandwich was amazing—every bite was fantastic!

Had take out sunday around 6 pm ordered from the website, 2 10 philly cheese steaks and a 5 cold turkey, dressing cranberry, total was $35 with $3 tip. This is just my opinion I didn't see them prepared... The turkey sandwich was a ice cream scoop of turkey salad mushed into a tiny piece of bread and a table spoon of cranberry relish plopped on the top of the turkey salad then rolled up in butcher paper. I was under the impression it would be sliced turkey and a layer of dressing cranberry sauce like you would make from leftovers from thanksgiven, not even close! The cheese steak sandwiches tasted good but not even close to a real philly steak sandwich. The meat peppers looked and tasted like they too were scooped out of a large container of prepared fillings like something Subway would offer.. Our meat wasn't terrible but it wasn't good either. We gave it a try but for $35 we could have had 5 subway sandwiches of the same quality.

Good solid sub shop. Friendly staff. Ingredients all seemed high quality. Been there a couple times with no complaints.
