The Beer Garden Grill - Benton

I went to beer garden last night. There was definitely no beer. The service was terrible. The staff pretended to be worried by asking for something. I understand that there were 2 FOH employees for the whole place that would be just a bad administration, but there was no need for trouble. I work in the service industry and I understand that things happen and we all have nights, but that was just ridiculous. I was charged for two extra drinks I didn't order. At the end of the night, they replaced alcohols without letting me know. The server/bartended also continued to make me a drink that was less than a 4 number of alcohol and insisted that I use the same cup all night. If I'm ever back and things are better, I'll update my review, but not impressed right away.

Must have been 6 months in this place. Finally decided to try them and we were really impressed by the quality of our dinner. Nachos and Swiss burgers were excellent. Friends, while not exceptional, were better than most. Friendly people and will try something else in the near future

We came here for the first time because our usual place, the Dam Brewhause, was closed. The bartender was friendly and very attentive. The place seems to have a good choice of food and the outside seats were not too crowded. The fenced-in terrace was cozy. My only complaint is that we came here to want craft beer. They had nothing I could not get in the gas station and I wounded the blue moon. I would come back, but not before the late afternoon when the terrace cools down.

Other than the air conditioning nit being on ever its a great place to go have drinks and have a good time. Love the corn hole area and the stage provides a nice space for local bands to get more of a concert-like feel. The bartenders could be a little faster/alert/ready to work. But overall my experiences at the Beer Garden are always good. 1
