Poke Cafe Benton

I just left Kroger and stopped by Poke Cafe for a quick lunch. It was my first time there and my first experience with this type of food, and I'm really glad I chose to eat here. The staff was friendly and the menu had great options. I opted for rice instead of salad, and it was definitely filling. I tried the Poke Cafe classic with sushi rice, and it was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be back.

My wife and I are big fans of poke, and we are so pleased that this restaurant has opened. The food is fresh and flavorful, with almost every option being healthy and offered in generous portions. I particularly enjoy the spicy fish options in my rice bowl. They also serve some delightful soft drinks inspired by the islands, or at least with a Hawaiian twist, which are absolutely delicious!

Fantastic place, but difficult to describe. Think Subway, but with sushi ingredients, mixed in a bowl. You have cooked ingredients when the raw fish is a not for you to go. My husband is a sushi lover and was hesitant until his first bite. My youngest child doesn't like sushi, but she loved to get her own ingredients, and ate all her food! This is huge for a 7yo! Visit soon and often, this is a Benton/Bryant contract!

I was diverted here from my original lunch plans, and it was the best change of plans ever. Delicious sort of deconstructed sushi bowls. A good price for lunch, and I left full but not stuffed.
