We decided to box our dinners and spoke with the owner about the situation. We suggested they limit reservations when they know they will be understaffed. However, she replied that it was beyond her control if so many people chose to come in. When we told her to inform walk-in customers that they were at full capacity and to turn them away, she dismissed our suggestions and said we didn’t know how to run a business. Clearly, she had no understanding of ours. The food was decent, but that didn’t make up for the lack of service. In our frustration, we tipped our waiter what we believed was the full bill. I can't even describe our dinner accurately, but two of us ordered the fried duck, which arrived as just two legs. Frankly, I have no intention of returning. The owner seems oblivious to the basics of running a business and fails to create a pleasant dining experience for her customers.
This restaurant is always closed! My friend and I decided to give it a try since we wanted something new, but when we arrived, they told us they had run out of food. How can a restaurant run out of food on a Friday night?! I definitely do not recommend this place because they don't have food available.
Let me go first by saying that I want to try this restaurant as they have opened there and every time I want to come, they try it out of this place is closed. I even decided to come this time early when I came to the door that looks like she'd put us to dinner, then look at me and tells me I'm sorry to tell them this, but we don't have any food in our kitchen, we ran out of everything. which place of business do they call this restaurant? I have no idea. I said the dame that I am really disappointed at this place where I wanted to try this restaurant since its opening. she looks at me, tells me she's sorry. here is my recommendation I will never give this place another chance, even if the owners have lost me for a special night of free food or for me to call, I have the full believe in this place called blue heaven I think they need to change names in the dead hell. my recommendation go to verona italian restaurant hands down the best in business.
Our lunch experience was wonderful. Greeted by Sandra the hostess and felt very welcomed. Our server was very polite and knowledgeable. Started off with a fabulous **** Mary. I had the half three cheese turkey sandwich and cup of soup. My husband had the Ruben. They were both outstanding. Restaurant was beautiful and so was the outside. A must go to.
Everything about this place is great. We had the pan seared tuna for an app. It was amazing! Probably could have stopped eating after that because it was a generous portion. But why stop there? The grapefruit crush drink is a must. We went with the specials of charred ribeye with blackened shrimp and cajun sauce and the cajun penne paste. You won’t find anything that can top these. The most delicious food I’ve had in Arkansas. Our waitress Robin was cheery and quick. We didn’t have to wait on a thing. We dined inside but took the tour of the newly opened patio area. The fireplace, family game areas and bar are all that anyone could need. I’m not typically impressed with dining experiences unless they knock my socks off and I’ll just say I left this place barefoot. We will definitely be back and I’ll be bringing all my friends!
