Cinnabon - Benton Park

I love this place. I come here when I have a sweet tooth. I get a regular Cinnabon, it’s about $7 after tax. They used to be about $5 a few years ago. But a $1.50 increase in price over the last 4-5 years is a pretty modest price increase, especially at the Valley Plaza.

Wow If You Like Cinnamon Rolls You Will Love Cinnabon. Their Cinnamon Rolls Are Warm And Smothered In Cream Cheese Icing, The New Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting Yummm!!! The Cookie BonBites Are To Die For!!! The Customer Service Was Outstanding And The Employees Were So Sweet!!! Brenda R. and Griselda M. Definitely Worth A Trip To The Valley Plaza Mall!!!

I ordered a 6pack and like always you pay first then they get your purchase. While standing in line I observed one lady making fresh packs. I honestly didn 't see the old ones, so when the clerk got the ones out of the holding case for me, I asked for fresh ones. I wasn 't rude, I just said can I get the fresh ones please?. This girl looked at me like I asked her if she could go grab the moon from the sky and give it to me. The girl who was making the fresh packs then chimed in and said what did she say super rudely, the girl who was helping me said, she asked for a fresh pack , packer girl said NO...not I 'm sorry or anything, unfortunately we need to sell these, nope just NO. The ones they passed to me were old no icing left and that of course is a $1.00. When I asked when they were made, none of the 3 employees could tell me. That 's when the 3rd employee joined the conversation and said what does she want ,...I then said I asked for fresh rolls. I 'm not understanding why I can 't get fresh ones, they said well we can heat them for you, they 're fresh. When I asked when they were made again nobody knew but they said it wasn 't yesterday. Geez that 's refreshing! At that point, I just shook my head and left. They were all 3 super rude with horrible attitudes. Worst service. I didn 't spend $22 for old cold bread.

This review is on the staff and not the food. An older man approx age anywhere from 70-75 was waiting in line in front of me. The staff began taking orders from other people who had arrived after us. After waiting for around 15 mins the gentlemen spoke up stating he had been waiting for a long time. The female behind the counter yelled at him so loud that she would only be helping people in one line. I spoke up in his behalf and stated he had been waiting for a long time and was ahead of me. The man stated he had been waiting in the only line there was. As the female staff continued to have attitude towards him another male staff turned around and snapped at the older man as well. My mouth drooped in disbelief that they both treated him so poorly. I ended up walking away as there was no way I was going to purchase anything from there. Cinnabon train your staff better. Staff treat people the same way you want to be treated.
