Wingstop - Benton Harbor

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The wings were terrible—barely any sauce on them at all. The fries were extremely overloaded with seasoning salt, to the point where I couldn't eat them. This was my second time dining here, and unfortunately, it was just as bad as the first. I even requested that they go easy on the salt, but that wasn't followed. I truly feel like I deserve a refund, as I spent nearly $50 and ended up throwing most of my meal away. If you enjoy overcooked wings and fries heavily seasoned with salt, this place might be for you. In the photos I took, you can see that some of the wings don’t even have any sauce on them.

The restaurant is very clean and has three small tables available if you prefer to dine in. The staff was extremely friendly during my visit. The food was served hot and was flavorful. I highly recommend trying the corn as a side dish!

I suppose ordering an hour before closing means you're going to receive food that was either not picked up or canceled. My delivery order was anything but fresh. The fries were dark—cooked in old grease or simply left sitting around, and the same goes for the chicken, which was stale and clearly not freshly cooked. I placed my order at 10:30, and it didn’t arrive until 11:20. When I called at 11:40, I was put on hold, as if they were hoping I'd hang up since they close at midnight anyway. The staff in the kitchen and on the phone from 10:30 PM to 11:40 PM on July 16th definitely needs to be reevaluated or let go.

Wings had way too much seasoning on one side while the other side had none, fries were cold but that's at all wingstops so it wasn't much of a surprise .

Wings were very tasty and hot temperature, web said ready in 16 minutes, were ready in about 6. If I lived here, I would go there again!
