We ordered a family meal with sides. One of the sides was mashed potatoes and gravy. Went to take a bite and found a chunk of completely raw raw chicken in it. Talk about gross.

While I live they help each customer individually, they ignore the dasher that come in and are on a time limit. Every time I have come here I have waited for over 20 min to pick up a dashing order.

*Not Recommend* *Extremely Rude Staff*We made a specific request for our food to be cooked well done, I specifically kindly asked repeatedly for the chicken and French fries to be cooked extra crispy.However, our dining experience fell short of expectations. The French fries were served lukewarm and soggy, rendering them inedible.While the chicken was cooked, it could have benefited from a slightly longer cooking time for optimal doneness.Additionally, the macaroni and cheese exhibited a greasy texture, detracting from its overall appeal.The overall dissatisfaction was compounded by encounters with disrespectful and rude staff members. It is concerning how a business can continue to operate while neglecting customer requests and maintaining such unprofessional behavior.Despite finding the biscuits surprisingly good with a buttery and enjoyable flavor, they were the sole highlight of an otherwise disappointing meal. Regrettably, based on this experience, we have decided not to revisit this location in the future.

Ordered 2 fish sandwiches with mashed potatoes and unsweetened tea. Got 2 chicken sandwiches, 1 order of fries and sweet tea. Not even close to what we ordered!!
