Chili's Grill - Benton Harbor

Chili’s has been playing her since I created a few years ago and I am grateful for the supplements of the menu. I give 4 stars for eating as it was delicious, but the 5th star came out liz, our server. she was very friendly and accommodating. the next time they are at chili, try the smoke house option!

We called and said we could come together with a bigger group. we arrived and were immediately sat and cared for. our server was great and everything came out in a contemporary fashion and was delicious! our server was on him with refilling and prebussing and had a big job. we will definitely come back.

My man has the nap eyes, ordered it moderately rare and it came to the table well done. my man said he would have softer jerks off the tank. our child has the mini hamburger with mais on the cob and the mais was well cooked. I ordered alex santa fe burger without wobbles and tomats and my burger ended without the jalapeños and cilantro on the articles I didn't want. we asked for the manager and brock came over to talk to us. he was very kind, said he has 6 new cooks that work there, and that is not the quality of the food he wants to expose. he composed our entire bill and even insisted on sending us home with a dessert. our server was friendly and apologetic with food quality. about everything I give this place 4 stars pure for the customer service we have received and not because of the food. I would be willing to give this place another chance, and I hope that their new chefs will work to improve. we all need to learn about the job.

Food was tasty, came out in a timely manner. The drinks were spot on but the staff needs some help. The host had shoes on that were two times too big for him and he flipped them all over the place the entire time I was there! It was rather annoying to be honest. Our waitress was undertrained for her job and new not one item on the menu. That tells me that management isn’t doing their job properly which will lead to fewer sales if not closure…. Food was great though.

Chilis is normally one of my favorite restaurants to eat at. This one didn't live up to what I'm used to. The chicken crispers seem too small like chicken fingers. The strawberry lemonade definitely tastes watered down. Maybe it's just this location I visited out of town.
