Hacienda De Sol - BENTON CITY

We lived in San Antonio, Tuscon and traveled very much in Mexico. This restaurant serves fantastic salsas, horchata, authentic tasty offers and has an extensive menu including seafood Mexican style. Some dishes use bacon (tocino) so give your taste dandruff a treat. We recommend Hacienda Del Sol! Today we had the delicious meals. My wife had the Carne Asada, which is the beautiful presentation on the photo and I had the Puerco Carnitas. Carnitas is a difficult dish to get perfect. The pork roast is marinated in citrus and slowly roasted on a delicate juicy offer. I'll show in pictures how to make the Carnitas at the table. I order corn tortillas and spread a light coating of fried beans with rice on the tortilla. Then I add sour cream and a little pico de gallo (comes with meal) then the pig is layered on the tortilla and rolled closely with Avacado and dipped into the special sauce so delicious. I asked Claudia about the sauce ingredients and she said it was special and laughed. It's a secret, but delicious. Note is, I recognized cumin and tomatillo but

One of my favorite places to go in Benton city. The food is always fantastic. Her strawberry limonade is also bomb. Great place to bring the whole family. But you can be as expensive as drinks and sides.

Great food with real margaritas. Outside the food, so open during the COVID. Pricey, but large portions and expected when you increase minimum wage.

Nice Mexican restaurant. I went to Sarah B's recommendation. I had made the Colorado Burrito, who was very tender and rich, perfect beef. It wasn't spicy, but the salsa was!

One of the best mexican resturants I've been too. Very friendy customer service. Food is super delicious and high quality and feel very authentic. Totally recommend this place.
