Every time I order something they give you something different and when you tell them something they get angry today was the last time I went to this McDonald's bad service

Stopped in to get a quick bite, wanted to use a coupon for a burger, and things went downhill from there. From adding extra items to my order, then overcharging me for my meal. The manager had to come over to help this person who was lost, and then she started to get rude and short. No customer service to be found here! Manager needs to be retrained on how to talk to people. Drink machine area was a mess, no napkins, soda all over counter. Was ready to walk out and eat somewhere else.

It's a shame that employees are unable to refund items that are missing from your order after leaving the restaurant. This restaurant stole $3 from me by neglecting an item in my order and refusing to refund the menu item. They actually asked me to return to the store!Get the order right the first time or enable employees to refund missing items. Whoever responds to this should know I already spoke with management and left a message for a corporate number that was not returned.

This particular McDonald's was very fast, friendly and accurate with our order. One of the most pleasant experiences I've ever had at a McDonald's.
